The Klondike is our simple, sleek design. A 12" diameter cooking surface and 8" of baking height allow for all your cooking needs. We imagine this to be the basic, functional oven the gold seekers would have hauled to Alaska. Beautiful in design, yet rugged and functional to last for generations.

The Pioneer is our enhanced version of the Klondike. With a 12" diameter cooking surface and 8" of baking height, bake, grill fry or griddle. Full temperature control allows for longer cook times with a perfect outcome. The temperature gauge can be moved from front to top for ease of viewing. Temperature struts allow for greater temp control.

The Homestead is our largest dutch oven. With a 10.5" x 14" cooking surface and 8" of baking height, you can cook nearly anything you could cook in your home oven or over your home stove top. A 15 lbs turkey, a full casserol, a pot roast, a birthday cake or loaves of bread. The front access allows for a spatula or tongs for flipping pancakes, frying bacon or that perfect steak.

Our split oven design allows for all the benefits of a traditional dutch oven and yet has the advantage of front access. Using a peel for easy placement of breads. Use a spatula or tongs for frying steaks or flipping pancakes. Place an aluminum insert, pot or roasting rack for boiling and roasting. All while protecting your cast iron seasoning.
